For more than 30 years Pacific Pulmonary Services has been one of the largest providers of in-home oxygen, respiratory medications and respiratory equipment and services. We employ over 1000 associates and operate more than 100 Patient Care Centers across 15 states. Our additional operations include 2 pharmacies, a centralized CPAP Service Center, billing and reimbursement offices, and our corporate headquarters in Novato, CA. As our District Sales Manager based in either the Peoria or Sprigflield area you will be responsible for sales growth and operations throughout the region. Your experience building sales teams and managing employee development will be crucial in our dynamic, team-oriented environment. Using your motivational skills, you will train and mentor our growing sales staff as you accompany outside sales reps three to four days a week on their sales calls to hospitals, doctors' offices, and patients' homes. Prior success utilizing question-based selling techniques will allow you to effectively uncover the needs and desires of potential clients. Superior written and verbal communication skills are needed to communicate with internal staff, medical professionals, and patients alike.
