POSITION SUMMARY:
The District Manager is responsible for sales growth and operations of multiple centers within a specific sales district, employing between 3 and 18 sales representatives.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
- Pharmacy divisions Drive sales results by demonstrating a commitment to world class sales, customer service and operations for multiple sales/support locations.
- Hire, coach, and develop high performance Account Executives and Operations Managers using standardized coaching and selling procedures to drive sales and revenue growth
- Maximize sales district profitability by increasing sales, controlling expenses, and effectively managing staff.
- Prepare employee performance evaluations and give salary recommendations for Operations Managers, Account Executives and staff in the district.
- Counsel direct reports in job performance and professional development, as well as assist in the same for hourly staff in the district.
- Respond to patient and referral source concerns and questions, resolving issues appropriately.
- Conduct all sales and operations activities within full compliance of government/payer regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain collaborative and productive internal relationships with other District Managers, as well as Compliance, Reimbursement, Peak Sleep
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 7years of successful sales management experience, with 2 years leading outside sales teams across multiple sales territories.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to utilize balance sheet and other metrics in the management of a business.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Time will be divided between sitting, standing, walking and up to 50% regional travel.
- Infrequent lifting and loading of equipment into and out of delivery vehicles and patient homes.
- Minimum physical requirements are the ability lift 50 lbs. squatting.
