The District Sales Manager will report directly to the division president. The primary responsibilities of the Sales Manager is:
· Service existing accounts
· Develop and monitor sales representatives
· Manage and align sales programs to company goals
· Generate and communicate new product ideas through contacts in the field
OBJECTIVES:
· Direct Sales Team to achieve company goals
· Assist in developing an annual sales plan for each representative territory based on strategic plans of the Company
· Travel the marketing area to ensure sales goals are met
· Provide management support to the customer service area
· Use R&D skills and knowledge gained in the field to forecast product needs
· Support new product development efforts to bring interesting new products to our customers
REQUIREMENTS:
· College degree preferred
· 5+ Years sales experience in Store Fixtures
· Experience managing a team of sales representatives
· Knowledge of the store fixture industry
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability and desire to travel approximately 50%
· Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs
