The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing and motivating a field sales team in a B2B sales environment, specifically focused on stand-alone medical practices.
As District Manager you will be responsible and accountable for a B2B sales team representing a leading blue chip company in the financial services industry. You will work closely with a team of medical field sales representatives through “hands-on” personal coaching, developing and implementing sales incentive programs to meet and exceed business-to-business sales goals. Base salary, health benefits, and uncapped commissions for sales made in your territory.
Your objective will be to meet and exceed business-to-business sales goals with the help of sales team and colleagues.
This position offers a base salary, uncapped commissions, individual performance bonuses, and national sales competitions. Base salary is $75k and 1st year earnings are likely to be $100k+. This is a huge opportunity with huge financial possibilities.
