We are currently looking for Divisional Administrator for SubBridge Care and Rehabilitation  Northeast Division. This position will support our centers in the following states: Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode/Island.   Do you want an exciting career opportuntiy that will allow you to do what you love and see New England? Our Administrators are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with the applicable policies and procedures, Corporate Integrity Agreement, current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care facilities. The administrator is responsible for developing and maintaining employee relations, ensuring the coordination of the delivery of quality care and services, consistent with the facility’s obligations at law and under the applicable policies and procedures and achieving business development goals and results.

 


* Current Federal and State Nursing Home Administrator licensure in at least one of the following states: Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Rhode Island

* Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc. that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound business operation.

* Possess knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term administration.

* Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.

* Ability to read and interpret financial records and reports.

* Ability to interpret, communicate and implement policies, procedures, regulations, reports, etc. to personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and government agencies/personnel.

* Sufficient verbal and written communication skills to perform the tasks required.

* Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
