Ajilon Finance has an exciting opportunity for an experienced staffing industry professional in Herndon VA.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated staffing industry professional with 2-3 years experience running a temp desk or being in business development and wants the opportunity to take a step-up in their career!

We are seeking an assertive, energetic person who enjoys a challenge and seeks the opportunity to grow quickly. Candidates should have a strong sales background and supervisory experience.
The ideal candidate will possess the following traits:
2+ years staffing industry experience
Inside/outside sales or desk experience
Experience developing and implementing effective marketing plans
Sales, and sourcing strategies that increased top-line performance
Prior experience mentoring, training, and developing a sales or recruiting team is desired but not required
Teamwork and experience supporting branch staff in recruiting and placement of candidates into temporary or permanent positions
Clear understanding of key performance indicators
As an Ajilon Division Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Managing the temporary businesses for our Finance Division
Hire and manage sales representatives and a team of recruiters
Overseeing sales and market development for our Finance Division
New business development and growth of client base
