Job Description
Coordinates case management functions across the Mountain Division including but not limited to admission review, utilization review and discharge planning. The Director will be responsible for recommending and/or implementing tools or changes (as needed) that ensure consistency, and maintain compliance in development, maintenance and system and process standards. The director will support facility leadership to implement corporate case management initiatives.

§ Policies and Procedures - demonstrates knowledge and understanding of organizational policies, procedures and systems.
§ Basic skills - able to perform basic mathematical calculations, balance and reconcile figures, punctuate properly, spell correctly and transcribe accurately.
