DIVISIONAL RESOURCE UTILIZATION SPECIALIST

Full-time position is available. (EOE)

Requirements

Must be an RN or LPN with a current nursing license. At least one year of experience working with RAI process and PPS is required. Teaching or training experience is helpful. Must be able to travel extensively throughout Indiana and Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Will review and coordinate PPS and case mix data for entire division to ensure appropriate utilization of resources.
• Must review individuals facility’s MDS detail and RUGS reports on a monthly basis.
• Will be involved in the selection and training of facilities’ MDS staff.
• Must establish and evaluate MDS systems.
• Must educate clinical team on MDS process.
