Divisional Controller
Our client is an international company headquartered in Atlanta with an immediate opening for a Divisional Controller. This position will manage 2 to 3 direct and 7 to 10 indirectly and will oversee the divisional consolidation and financial analysis of data from the business units. Additionally, this position will be responsible for : Review and analysis of financial data from business units within Flooring and the preparation of financial statements Providing monthly/quarterly analytics and provide monthly and quarterly overviews of financial performance to executive management Managing the daily operations of the accounting department Participate in special projects such as system implementation, integration, conversion and/or upgrades Manage Divisional SOX compliance, etc. Keeps executive management informed accordingly Special projects include:
These are very general ..IFRS conversion, SOX, External auditor interaction/liaison, as well as leadership of non-accounting issues.
