The Salvation Army, an internationally recognized non-profit, faith based organization, seeks a Divisional Resource Development Director for the Arkansas/Oklahoma Division (The position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma).

The qualified candidate must have a willingness and proven ability to manage staff and generate gifts from individuals, foundations and corporations.  The purpose of this position is to individually generate gifts for the present programs and services of The Salvation Army and to provide leadership for regional directors with similar responsibilities.
