Division Sales Coach - Senior Living Communities
Sunwest Management, Inc., a national company in the Senior Living Industry, is seeking an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Senior Living Sales Professional to join our Texas and South Carolina Division as Division Sales Coach. This position plays a critical role in supporting the Division’s attainment of revenue and census objectives. The primary responsibilities of the Division Sales Coach is the development and implementation of sales strategies, assisting in the direction of sales activities for our focus communities, development of the division’s sales personnel, as well as a shared responsibility for overall divisional sales results.
Scope of Responsibilities Include:
· Strategic planning, sales management, training, and coaching
· You will work closely with communities and regional operations to increase revenue and census
Requirements Include:
· 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably with regional or multi-site responsibility
· Great management, motivational and leadership skills are a must.
· Experience in the Senior Living Industry.
· Ability to analyze data and plan strategy to generate sales and occupancy
· Sales training skills
· Financial analytical ability
· Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
