Divisional Sales Manager

Oil Lamp Services, LLC., a progressive (Chester County, PA) specialty distributor of niche food service and hospitality products, has an exceptional growth opportunity for an aggressive, experienced and results-focused Sales Manager to manage operations of an expanding division throughout the local Tri-State (PA, NJ, DE) area with plans of major National expansion.  Company is seeking a unique Divisional Sales Manager to oversee operations and personnel with direct sales management responsibilities.

Primary responsibilities include growth through profitable new sales throughout the local area to independent restaurants, caterers, hotels, casinos and other food service and hospitality operators.  Manage co-workers and daily operations of division.

Candidates MUST have 5+ years of food service sales experience in route or niche sales management and sales development.  Position requires end user / operator sales to hotels and restaurants.  Key contacts, relationships and food service sales experience is a must.  A college degree plus strong marketing, selling, reporting, communication, organizational and PC skills required.  Position requires 95% local travel throughout the assigned territory.
