- Act as the manager of the Document Dept in North America to make sure the whole Dept runs smoothly and effectively.
- Responsible for the customer satisfaction, timely delivery, high quality.

- Continually search ways to increase customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Experience in planning and implementing complex technical documentation suites. Thorough knowledge of technical writing, documentation project management.

- 2 - 6 years in information development/technical publications
- Proficient in team building, team management and project management
- Experience in requirements clarifying and management
- Knowledge of enterprise applications
- Knowledge of Localization processes
- Preferable experience in telecom area
