Documentation Department Manager

  •  Act as the manager of the Document Dept in North America to make sure the whole Dept runs smoothly and effectively.
  • Responsible for the customer satisfaction, timely delivery, high quality.
  • Organize Document Dept and cross-functional areas to meet targets.
  • Continually search ways to increase customer satisfaction.


Job Requirements:

Experience in planning and implementing complex technical documentation suites. Thorough knowledge of technical writing, documentation project management.

Experience

  •  2 - 6 years in information development/technical publications
  • Proficient in team building, team management and project management
  • Experience in requirements clarifying and management
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications
  • Knowledge of Localization processes
  • Preferable experience in telecom area

Skills

  •  Effective communication, planning, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task team environment
  • Ability to work in a globally dispersed team
  • Logical problem-solving skills
