The responsibilities include but are not limited to: precise estimating, preparing the quote for the client, presenting the quote to the client, negotiating each contract, managing the estimating staff at each job. Requirements include but are not limited to: 5+ years of estimating experience, good management skills, good communication skills, and excellent computer/software knowledge
