Search America, LLC is premiere executive search firm specializing in placing executives and professionals with internet and emerging technology companies throughout the US, Caribbean, and internationally.  Currently we are searching for a newly created Operations Analyst for one of our exclusive clients in south Florida. 

This individual will assist the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with the day-to-day activities in operations of this growing multi-level marketing company.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting customers/distributors with operational issues.
  
• Focusing on customer/distributor retention by making sure that each and every experience ends positively.
  
• Ensuring standard operating procedures are being followed.
  
• Monitoring and updating the CFO on escalated or significant customer/distributor issues.
  
• Complete other projects and duties as assigned by the CFO.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2+ years of previous operations experience in an MLM or “direct selling” environment required.
  
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer).
  
• An excellent problem solver and pro-active solution seeker.
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Open to direction with a collaborative work style and a commitment to get the job done well.
  
• Ability to look at situations from varying points of view.
