Role Summary/Purpose
The Enterprise Architecture Program Manager is responsible for the overall architecture standards, development plans, and the architecture review processes that simplify and govern the technology choices made across the enterprise.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution and publishing of architecture assets through all tollgates.
  • Partner with IT Leader of EA to develop communication & training plan for all newly published architecture assets.
  • Partner with the PMO organization to ensure to ensure architecture reviews are triggered and conducted across all identified SLDC tollgates.
  • Schedule individual projects for architecture review, develop meeting minutes & update EA Knowledge Management repository.
  • Schedule EA Council meetings, develop content for governance review, develop meeting minutes & update EA portal.
  • Develop and publish EA program measures to track asset development and architecture reviews across the enterprise.
  • Lead annual program review effort to ensure the EA program is focused on driving business outcomes for the bank.
  • Develop architecture resource assignment approach for individual project reviews.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology Project Management; OR in lieu of the Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Technology Project Management
  • Minimum of 5 years large project management or program development in enterprise architecture
  • Minimum of 5 years of employee management or team lead experience

Eligibility Requirements :
