Enterprise Content Management Architect

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing senior level expertise on decisions and priorities regarding overall systems architecture for Knowledge Management systems.
• Provide leadership pertaining to integration of technologies including Oracle Enterprise Content Management, Oracle Web Center Services and Oracle Ebusiness suite
• Enable and support the Company’s advanced collaboration technologies using best practices in regards to architecture design and response time performance
• Optimize use of the Company’s information assets using best practices in regards to architecture design and response time performance.
• Lead technical implementations and upgrades of knowledge management applications and technology
• Develops standards, policies, procedures related to infrastructure and integration.
• Develops data/information quality metrics
• Researches new technology and develops business cases to support implementations of knowledge management technologies.
• Manages and mentors technical and/or development resources in project and run model support.
• Collaborates with or is a member of project teams dedicated to successful delivery of IS enabled solutions.  Develop and execute project plans consistent with the company project methodologies for technical projects.
• Partners with the Infrastructure team in the design, implementation and support of the Knowledge Management environment.

Experience:

• 5 - 10 years of experience desired
• Document or content management architecture experience desired
• Ability to build relationships with Information Services technologists
• Familiar with Oracle’s Identity Management, Oracle Secure Enterprise Search, Oracle Web Center Services, Oracle Web Center Interaction, Oracle Enterprise Content Management and Collaboration technologies; FlipFactory; Image Alchemy
• Familiar with Infrastructure environments
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Understanding of knowledge management and social computing concepts and tools
• Bachelors Degree
