Huntington's Center Directors are professional motivators who adhere to achieving goals and objectives of their centers. They lead a team of dedicated full and part-time employees, in providing the utmost in care and service to their students. They help to create a bond with parents during both initial and ongoing conferences.  They promote our services through school and business contacts, and deliver the finest supplemental services available to students anywhere in the United States.
Successful candidates will have the ability to diagnose key indicators of their overall success, and will be responsible for the financial health of their centers. In turn, Center Directors are compensated handsomely with a base salary and generous commission.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

• 
  
  Meet monthly revenue, expense, operations, and marketing goals at your center.
  
  
• 
  
  Manage all Center activities and their quality.
  
  
• 
  
  Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with full-time staff to discuss goals and action plans.
  
  
• 
  
  Conduct daily meetings.
  
  
• 
  
  Manage Center finances
  
  
• 
  
  Maintain all student records -- performance and instructional information.
  
  
• 
  
  Regularly review each student's instructional program and ensure quality and effectivenes.
  
  
• 
  
  Develop marketing plans for all services to increase presence in the community and increase inquiry volume.
  
  
• 
  
  Prepare for and conduct professional contacts within the local school and business community.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree required -- concentration in Business Administration and Management preferred
  
• 5 years experience in sales or related field -- Education, Sales, Management, etc 
  
• Desire to work with school-aged children
  
• Direct communicator
  
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
  
• HIGH energy level
  
• Strong sense of urgency
  
• Effective organization and foll-up skills
  
• Evening availability a must
