C&S Wholesale Grocers is the second-largest food wholesaler and the twelfth-largest privately held company in the United States. We distribute food to supermarkets, retail stores, and military bases across the country. Currently, we serve over 5,000 stores from over 70 locations in 12 states.
The primary purpose of the EEO Analyst is to monitor the company’s employment practices to ensure compliance with applicable policies, rules and regulations. This position is responsible for the administration of affirmative action plans throughout the company and for developing reports, tools and analysis for facilities, departments, senior management, governmental agencies, vendors and responding to request for information from various external entities.
Qualified candidates must have: • A bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance and/or equivalent experience. • Strong analytical and data manipulations skills with ability to produce data reports. • 3+ year human resources/affirmative action and/or compliance experience preferred. • Multi-task oriented, highly effective communication skills, ability to handle all tasks proficiently and professionally. • Efficient computer skills to include but not limited to MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook. Experience with HRIS systems a must (preferably Lawson).
