EHandS Specialist This specialist will assist the EHandS Manager with identifying and implementing strategic objectives, safety program development and implementation, supervising EHandS Technicians, and supporting the needs of the manufacturing departments. Additional duties include leading on-site incident investigations; overseeing and implementing safety training tools, and performing other duties as required. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: ? BS degree in Safety, Engineering or other technical related discipline ? A minimum of 4 years experience; experience in a heavy manufacturing or steel manufacturing environment highly desirable ? Requires experience in an union work environment; workers comp experience a bonus ? Experience in developing and implementing safety programs and policies ? Experience auditing facilities, permit compliance, safety training effectiveness, and corporate and OSHA program compliance ? Strong organizational, communication and technical writing skills ? ProJcient with MS OfJce applications; MS Access Database experience a plus ?
