Depending upon experience, your pay may be set from $20 - $30 per hour

plus overtime, shift differential, holiday premium,

profit sharing, and production bonuses.

Overview: Candidate will be required to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems while working individually or as part of a team. You must be willing to work safely in a high stress steel mill environment.  Employee must comply with strict safety requirements while installing and maintaining all equipment in an efficient manner.

Candidates must be willing to work rotating shifts and work overtime when required.

Job Duties: Responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment such as power distribution systems, electronic equipment, combustion equipment, overhead cranes and other heavy industrial equipment.  Consults drawings and specifications as needed to assess and repair.

Preferred experience with:

·       PLC’s

·       AC-DC Motors, AC-DC Drives and Power Systems

·       Instrumentation and combustion control

·       480 voltage

·       Switchgears

·       Motor controls and Distribution Systems
