ELECTRICIAN MAINTENANCE VII
Description:
This job is covered under the Services Contract Act (SCA) with an hourly wage of $19.20. Duties include: performing a variety of tasks in the electrical field, operating knowledge, programming, and configuration of the C-cure operating systems, Security fence perimeter Senstar-Stellar system, Fire alarm panels-detection heads-devices for notifier and or associated systems with specific programming operation understanding, BMS, badge readers, alarm points and interconnecting cabling between devices and termination of cables. Windows XP and networking principles and process, closed circuit TV operation and maintenance.
Working within a group to maintain the fire alarm system, security systems, Public address, and automation equipment for a government site. New Mexico low voltage license preferred.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, and two years of experience in related fields such as fire alarm system programming, trouble shooting electronics systems, working with fence alarms, camera systems, intrusion alarms and Public address systems. Applicant must have computer programming skills. Good communication and computer skills. Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. Windows XP operating system knowledge, Basic electronics, computer programming, cabling termination, and trouble shooting skills. Some travel may be required. Applicant selected will be subject to government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
