TeligentEMS seeks motivated, experienced 2^nd Shift Production Supervisor. Will supervise and coordinate activities of approximately 25 second shift production personnel engaged in manufacturing and testing of product.  Surface Mount experience mandatory.  Responsible for expediting and providing status of material & assemblies on assigned shift as well as production status/efficiency reporting. Quality Emphasis. Process Flow & Efficiency Focus. Technical background. Strong computer skills. Lean Manufacturing desirable. Will solve technical and production problems with Engineering assistance. 

Minimum of 5 years prior Electronic EMS experience absolutely required - No Exceptions. Bachelors Degree (BA, BS) from a four-year college desirable; 2-year AA degree minimum required, preferably with an electronics-related or technical major. Minimum of 3 years recent supervisory experience required. Candidate must be computer proficient, persistent, and self-motivated.  Excellent communication, leadership and follow up skills will be required. 

Second shift hours are 3:00 pm – 1:00 am (or until plant shutdown). Based on production volumes, candidate will regularly work noon-6pm on Saturdays. Relocation to Tallahassee, Florida is required.  Will work at our Havana Florida facility located just north of Tallahassee. Position reports to the first shift Production Manager.  Due to current military contracts, must be US Citizen.
