Global manufacturer of metal welded industrial fabricated process components is seeking a MANAGER MANUFACTURING & PRODUCT ENGINEERING for their Northern Mississippi based facility. This is a growth oriented role that will be involved with live order product design and development, managing product and project engineering, and lead manufacturing engineering. This role has growth potential to move into Plant/Operations Management, R&D Management, or Senior Engineering Management in the future.
To be considered we are looking for candidates that meet the following criteria:
1) Must have minimum of Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Technical related field
2) Must be open for relocation to Northern Mississippi (will be covered by the company)
3) 5+ years of Engineering Management / Manufacturing Management experience
4) Must have design/application experience with industrial metal/welded fabricated product
5) Prefer candidates that have experience with a custom / live order product mix
6) Preference to candidates with Lean Six Sigma experience and exposure to Stage Gate methodologies
