Bridgestone APM Company is seeking an ES&H and Maintenance Coordinator for our automotive foam products plant located in Dickson, TN. This person is responsible for coordination of OSHA and EPA compliance, accident investigations and associate training.  This person will also coordinate maintenance activities to ensure that maintenance department objectives are met, check/improve the efficiency and output of Maintenance Technician staff and maintain/develop PM Schedule/Cost of PM.

The qualified applicant will have an understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations, ISO14001, experience in a maintenance background including but not limited to skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drive mechanisms, robotics, and PLC’s.  This person must have strong communication skills and the ability to work without direct supervision.

Minimum qualifications include an Occupational Safety/Health or Environmental degree and/or applicable experience in a maintenance and manufacturing environment.
