Immediate need for an ERISA/Employee Benefits Attorney.  This position would be perfect for the attorney who wants a part time position, or a flexible schedule.  This position is newly created to assist a Partner who is completely overloaded with his ERISA work.  This great firm will allow you to either work from your home office or use their office space.  Salary depends on your ERISA/Employee Benefits experience, but you are not expected to bill your time, and you will be paid a salary.  The partner handles any cases that involve litigation, so you will be solely focused on transactional work.
