ERP Implementation Manager

Salary range $130-140K plus bonus

Hands-on implementation effort of a new ERP package for a consumer products, brand marketing, manufacturing company with retail touch points.

There is terrific career potential upon completion of this effort!  We are a mid sized company with our eye on continued growth beyond North American markets.  We need an insightful leader who has highly effective interpersonal skills to influence, drive and motivate our staff to change business processes as we adapt to the new ERP package particularly effecting; customer service, scheduling, inventory, marketing, accounting, finance and human resources. 

It is up to you to develop the IT strategy which will support our mission and core objectives, develop the annual business plan and operating budget for the department and lead the implementation to ensure financial targets are met.  Negotiate SLA for both internal and external customers.  Direct the preparation and implementation of policies, procedure and standards relating to new information systems. Plan and implement supporting infrastructure, establish and build relationship with vendors. 

Effectively communicate relevant IT issues particularly to executive management and all employees. Promote the company through speaking engagements at industry conferences and involvement in local business organizations.

Responsible for IT staffing and budgeting projections on a company wide basis.

Achieve excellence in all areas of business.  Champions change and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas.

Requires exception influencial leadership skills, a track record of transition a company’s IT from old chaotic systems to a modern, accurate ERP package.  Ideally would include experiences in consulting to manufacturing, EDI and Consumer Packaged Goods.
