Position:
We have an immediate opportunity for a Project Manager or senior level Team Lead with expertise with a combination of the following modules: Projects, Grants, GL, AR, AP, iExpense, Purchasing, and Inventory. Individual must have previously held the lead role on large complex Financial projects. Additional work experience must include knowledge of and work on public sector projects.
Skills:
Functional Manager for ERP application implementations.
Industry experience: Public Sector - State and Local Government
Experience:
Project experience must include the lead role managing large complex projects, including resource management, budget requirements and all deliverables.
Application experience for EBS Financial application is required and version R12 is highly desired.
This individual will have held roles as Project Manager or senior Team Lead through a minimum of 3-+ full implementation cycles, which must include a public sector project.
Responsibilities include:
* Detail work performance of CIBER's functional consultants.
* Monitor and report on performances, prepares status reports, identifies and prioritizes issues for the project.
* Position will facilitate leadership communications and meetings.
* Role advises project team on CIBER methodologies and leading practices.
* Responsible for project plan updates, issue resolution and risk analysis.
* In addition, this resource will serve as a cross functional resource, if required.
In addition hands on knowledge and implementation expertise for the EBS financial modules: Projects, Grants, GL, AR, AP, iExpense, Purchasing, and Inventory. Individual must have previously held the lead role on large complex Financial projects. Responsibilities will depend on the candidates prior work history as a Lead or Project Manager.

Experienced Project Manager or senior Team Lead with PMI Project Management certification and experience. Knowledge of Oracle EBS Financial applications. Managed minimum of 3 large complex implementation projects and Public Sector industry knowledge is required.
