ERP- Strategic Lawson HR Consultant NATIONWIDE
We have an immediate opportunity for a senior level Lawson HR Consultant with expertise in the Human Resource industry. Individual must have previously held a mid-level or senior role in an HR department. In support of our continued profitable growth, we need to expand our LAWSON team and are currently hiring an expert HR/PR Consultant to take responsibility for new implementations and the strategic configuration of the LAWSON HR/PR module. We are seeking a proven consultant who owns a working knowledge of a large HR department. CIBER, Inc. Requirements: · 7 to 10 years of HR industry experience with a strategic focus · 2 to 3 years of application experience in the HR/PR Suite of Lawson Software is required · Consultative experience is highly desired. - Must have experience working on small fast pace project teams. - Must have the ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
- Must have excellent communication skills, strong business experience, and outstanding end-user interaction. - Must be willing to travel - NO relocation required.
