AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking former USMC or US Army senior Non-Commissioned Officer to develop a marksmanship and marksmansship instructors Program of Instruction and Training Support Package to train Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) Army personnel using the Engagement Skills Trainer (EST) 2000. The Program of Instruction will support a US foreign assistance training of both LAF conventional and SOF personnel to achieve U.S. military standards.
POI and TSP development will take place at Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg NC.
This is a temporary position not to exceed 5 weeks during the period of OCT-DEC 2009 with the potential for selection to deploy to Lebanon beginning in 2010 to provide in-country instruction using the EST-2000 Trainer.
Requirements:
- Retired/ former US Army/ USMC NCO (E5-E9).
- Field experience in development of Program of Instruction and Training Support Packages.
- Experience as a trainer using the Engagement Skills Trainer (EST) 2000
- Experience training soldiers in military operations.
- Operational experience in support of OIF or OEF is desirable.
- Experience in close quarters combat (CQB) and CQB training.
