Requirements:

Business Intelligence Developer Qualifications:

• Ability to demonstrate related work experience in building scalable OLAP-based BI solutions using MS SQL 2005/2008 which entails OLAP schema implementation, MDX programming, expertise with ETL design and development including SSIS, T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers and other advanced SQL features.
  
• Expectations also include the ability to demonstrate excellent performance analysis skills on both relational and OLAP databases including techniques for analyzing OLAP and relational database applications and identifying bottlenecks.
  
• Candidate should have strong experience in understanding query plans and estimates.
  
• Candidate should have at least 5 years of software development experience.
  
• A strong background in Database design and development is required.
  
• Experience in Data Warehouse (ETL, OLAP) and SQL Reporting Services is required.
  
• Experience with Business Intelligence delivery such as PPS is preferable.
  
• A BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field is highly desirable.
  
• BONUS SKILL: - Knowledge of agile development methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, RUP).
