Major Michigan–based corporate law firm has an immediate opening for an energetic executive level legal administrative assistant reporting to the Firm’s Chief Operating Officer. Successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years executive administrative assistant experience, legal or professional service preferred. Qualifications include excellent organization and customer service skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced skills in creating and maintaining financial spreadsheets. Must be able to work independently and is self-motivated. Must be able to multi-task effective and have the ability to work overtime with short notice.
