EXECUTIVE CHEF

Cura Hospitality seeks qualified and caring individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of the residents in senior living communities and patients in community hospitals. Our EXECUTIVE CHEF position is currently available within a large, upscale continuing care retirement community in HARLEYSVILLE, PA. The executive chef is responsible for all aspects of food production and oversees multiple daily kitchen operations to ensure high quality food standards. Other duties include managing hourly staff to maintain Cura standards, ensuring resident satisfaction; developing menus to meet client preferences, seasonal variations and cost objectives as well as managing client relations in the absence of the general manager. * 2-3 years culinary management experience in an executive chef role is required, preferably within a CCRC setting; candidates from campus or corporate dining will also be considered.
* Experience managing multiple culinary outlets is required.
* A proven track record of managing staff is required.
* Culinary degree is strongly preferred but not required if equivalent experience.
