Here is what you need to bring to the Table.
- Minimum of 2-3 years (current) Sous Chef Experience with a wide range of culinary knowledge.
- Skills to ensure Consistent high quality food and the ability to taste flavors
- Stable work history with no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years.
- A nice personality with a proven ability to retain people and work as a team player.
- Effective decision making and problem solving skills
- The ability to thrive under pressure.
- Culinary School training preferred but not required.
