We are looking for motivated RECRUITERS/INSIDE SALES to help lead us to dominance of the industry. 

Summary: Sell, Recruit, research, interview, qualify and refer nurse candidates for openings within healthcare facilities. 

Responsibilities: Represent the Company and promote the Company’s services and benefits.  Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. Gather sales leads, nurse referral generation, review applications and interview applicants to obtain level of training, job skills, salary requirements and provide information about the organization and the position. Qualify and pre-close candidates on specific opportunities based on their skill set. Maintain recruiter rapport with candidates.  Source for existing job orders as needed.

• A minimum of one year staffing experience preferred
  
• A minimum of one to two years of sales experience

  Healthcare industry experience a plus

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  
• Strong internal motivation to succeed
  
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. 
  
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, nurses, and the general populous.
  
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as bonuses, commissions, proportions, and gross margins.
  
•  Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

• This position may require travel throughout the United States for industry related events.

Lucatrive base plus commission compensation package.
