HORIBA Jobin Yvon Inc., the world’s largest manufacturer of analytical and spectroscopic systems and components located in Edison, New Jersey is seeking an Export Sales Coordinator. The essential functions of this position include providing support to reps and agents worldwide for all aspects of sales and service.  The successful candidate will provide price lists, discount information and marketing material as well as follow up on all orders and service requests.  Ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Other requirements include the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and be detail-oriented and well organized.  Knowledge of export rules, terms, conditions and foreign currency is preferred.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office – MS Word and Excel – is required. Some knowledge of research instrumentation is a plus. Some international travel required.
