Early Head Start Reviewer Support Coordinator
Summary of Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Associate Director, ECD, this position coordinates the major tasks and processes to ensure the ready availability of prepared and qualified EHS Reviewers to conduct the EHS monitoring reviews. These tasks include all the activities that support the EHS Reviewer recruitment cycle, from recruitment/screening to registration, and review assignment. Working with the Associate Director, this position supports the development of new EHS competencies and conducts interviews of potential EHS Reviewer candidates.
Education/Experience
Bachelors and 2+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
General Description of Duties
1. Coordinates tasks and processes to support the ready-availability of prepared and qualified EHS Reviewers.
2. Collects information and data related to EHS Reviewers: Ensures valid and up to date reporting of EHS Reviewers – size of group and specific EHS content area expertise.
3. Monitors and provides quality assurance to all aspects of the EHS Reviewer registration and helps coordinates contract renewal process.
4. Ensures all EHS reviewers have current signed contracts.
5. Prepares monthly and ad hoc reports.
6. Provides support and coordination to targeted recruitment strategies and outreach activities.
7. Supports the development of new EHS competencies and conducts interviews of potential EHS Reviewer candidates.

- Experience with Early Head Start or infant/toddler programs
