Early Head Start Reviewer Work Assessment Associate
Summary of Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Sr. Director, Program Planning & Services, this position will support the Early Head Start (EHS) Phase One Quality Assurance Process.
General Description of Duties
- Design and implement a process that will ensure highest level of review team competency including tool to assess monitoring process quality, identifying quality milestones and benchmarks and inter-rater reliability (IRR) process.
- Engage subject matter experts to support the development and ongoing evaluation of assessment processes and tools.
- Use data (PANC, OHSMS) and performance assessments to expand the assessment of a EHS Reviewer's performance to a holistic process that looks at all aspects of the work of a Reviewer.
- Develop IRR process specific to EHS Reviewers using best practices (e.g., OIRA).
- Provides direct support to the Sr. Director in convening the National Advisory Panel for EHS re:Reviewer recruitment, evaluation, onsite, and virtual training content.
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s and 6+years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Strong Head Start experience especially with HS Monitoring Review Process.
