Eastside Property Accountant - $55K

Staff Accountant needed for growing Eastside Property Management Company! 

 

Responsibilities include full-cycle accounting for multiple properties.  Specifics include financial statement preparation, general ledger, bank reconciliations, B&O taxes, personal property taxes, AP, and Payroll.  Ad hoc projects related to estate planning, asset and depreciation, IT support, and general administration.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Property Management required
  • BA/BS Accounting with minimum 3-years experience or
  • AA degree with several years experience directly from Property Management
  • Solid accounting fundamentals and working knowledge
