This position will be responsible for managing the NPQA group.

The New Product QA group is responsible for managing and facilitating all QA activities associated with New Product Development. Quality Engineers in the NPQA group serve as core team members on product development teams and act as liaison to the other QA functions including Systems Design QA, Supplier QA, Plant QA, and Customer QA



The NPQA manager is responsible for managing all activities associated with the NPD QA group including staffing, performance management, budget management, compliance with standards and SOPs, and monitoring status of all open projects. The NPQA Manager plays a key role in establishing the strategic direction of New Product Development practices at Coviden, Energy-based Devices. The NPQA Manager is establishes best practices in the use of Quality, Six Sigma, and Project Management tools and techniques, and promotes cross-functional teamwork, collaboration and communication.



Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline. Preferred: Advanced degree in Engineering, or related field.
