Proof Integrated Communications is seeking an Editor to join its DC office. We are looking for someone with 5 years base experience working in broadcast television/agency/corporate video production realms. 80% of the job will be working as an Editor – Final Cut Pro Studio. This candidate should have a design sense and should be able to work with Motion to create text graphic design and animation. Also, this candidate needs to have the ability to work with music direction, sound effects, music selection, sound bite selection, working with project parameters and not always with a finalized script. The other 20% of the job will be script development, potentially working with the client. The candidate should be self-sufficient and is responsible for coming up with solutions to problems. Ideally they should also have an overall interest in creating compelling visuals.
