We have several opportunities for talented recruiting professionals to lead the way in admissions or career placement.

 

Candidates must possess the ability to work in a high energy environment and place large volumes of candidates in a short period of time. These roles maintain a sense of urgency to meet admissions and placement goals. As a leader in our admissions and career placement departments, candidates will:

 

  • Staff, supervise, train, and manage an aggressive, goal-oriented team
  • Set goals for the department and representatives
  • Partner with the Corporate Advertising Department and provide feedback to ensure steady lead flow
  • Manage lead flow and distribution
  • Oversee student projection, drop rate and retention
  • Manage vacancy scheduling
  • 5- and 30-day student progress tracking

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ proprietary education experience
  • Post secondary education experience a plus
  • 3+ years experience in professional recruiting, temp agency recruiting; call center preferred.
  • Marketing and sales experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of computer applications. (skills in Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to work with external vendors and internal clients
  • Working with recruiters to achieve specific results
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective multi-tasking and time management skills
  • A results-oriented, quick-thinking organized approach to make things happen
  • Sales/Customer Service experiences
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to motivate and inspire employees
