At El Torito Grill, our managers take ownership of the total guest experience, exceeding every expectation by ensuring culinary excellence and exemplary service. To succeed in our upscale, casual dining environment, managers must possess impeccable communication, supervisory, and leadership skills. Successful candidates should also have a track record of career progression and a demonstrated ability to deliver results in an upscale full service environment with annual sales volumes of at least $3 million.
