Parsons' Technology Development and Fabrication Complex (TDFC) in Pasco, Washington, is an elite one-stop shop that designs, develops, and fabricates technology for high-end, small-lot production runs. These services often include consolidating various mechanical and electrical processes into modular, skid-mounted systems.
Need
Parsons is seeking an electrical engineer to perform conventional and moderately complex design assignments that will apply engineering techniques similar to those found in manufacturing of fabrication plants. The successful candidate will have been involved in the engineering of power and/or control systems (up to 480 volts), skid equipment, PLC panels, motors and cables. You will review electrical drawings and design calculations and provide design recommendations. These recommendations must adhere to applicable codes, standards, and procedures. In addition, the electrical engineer will ensure adequate input and technical guidance to CAD designers and drafters as well as other engineers working on the same deliverables to promote technical excellence.
