About the Job

High-tech Industrial Measurement Instrumentation company in Princeton Junction, NJ seeks an experienced Electronics Engineer with a strong background in the design of data acquisition equipment.  Position requires an individual that is self motivated with strong communication and documentation skills and experience in an ISO-9001 environment.

 

Responsibilities include engineering design to develop new products and sustain existing ones.  The engineer will be completely involved in the new product development cycle from the specification phase to product release ensuring compliance with performance specifications, as well as, meeting manufacturability, test, and reliability requirements.

 

Qualifications: 

The position requires detailed knowledge of Analog and Digital Electronics, 2 years of electronics design experience including experience designing, building and testing prototype and generating documentation. Candidates should have a BS/MS in Electronic Engineering and good written and verbal communication skills.  Must have experience with bench work testing, debugging designs, test procedures, user manuals, and field work.  Experience with Altium Designer, Xilinx, or other CAD/CAE software, Wireless Products, Vibration Measurements and Predictive Maintenance are a plus.

 

Experience in 3 or more of the following areas would be preferred:

 

-High speed data acquisition circuitry

-Analog and Digital circuit design

-Digital Signal Processing design

-FPGA and/or CPLD design

-Schematic capture and PCB design

-SMT experience

-Systems design
