Job Duties:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of designing, negotiating, and estimating Departments and their projects
  
• Ensure timely issuance of deliverables through monitoring of the flow of information and design progress
  
• Consult with customers to gain additional project insight
  
• Travel to project sites to ensure complete proposals
  
• Establish and maintain schedules
  
• Set budgets through proposal estimates
  
• Work with estimators to prepare scope of work
  
• Work with the marketing director to produce final proposal
  
• Oversee estimates to maintain budget
  
• Review design development
  
• Conduct preconstruction meetings with stakeholders
  
• Expand project phases to reflect final plans

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management or Engineering
  
• Proven commercial construction experience in an electrical preconstruction management role
  
• Must have a strong background in commercial electrical projects
  
• Conceptual estimating experience
  
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to travel to the project sites
  
• Candidates must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  
• Must be able to lead and motivate a team of highly skilled individuals to a final goal
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  
• Applicants must have strong computer software knowledge with: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and AutoCAD
