Requirements:

• Graduate Electrical Engineering Degree with 2 yrs. experience or individual with 5 yrs. of related experience in electrical engineering work.
• Interpret quality specifications/standards for the project plans and insure all specifications/standards are met or exceeded.  Report status against plans on a regular basis through both written information and by producing key quality measurement charts.
• Ability to communicate to all levels of organization (field employees to CEO)
• Capability to conduct meetings and deliver presentations to management groups from both the employer organization and client organization
• Understands and committed to the Company’s Critical Success Factors
