Looking for a Senior Power Electronic Embedded Software Engineer in Northern Vermont. Responsibilities - Will be using software tools to design and integrate complex embedded control systems
- Demonstrate an understanding of the software development process including specification generation, design structure, documentation, and the use of revision control and tracking systems
Requirements - BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- 5-10 years of software development experience
- Extensive experience in programming the Texas Instruments DSP family of devices and particularly the TMS320LF28xx or other similar DSP platforms
- Programming large logic array devices including FPGA design
- Experience in digital electronics design for power conversion systems
- Must be experienced with the use of laboratory test equipment and emulators
- Extensive experience with C/C++ and real-time operating systems is required
- MS. or PhD. in Power Electronics field is desirable
- Preferred to have experience with programming of PWM control for various applications
- Preferred to have experience in power converters and vector control concepts
- Preferred to have knowledge of power system design
- Preferred to have data communications devices and network protocols

• List all experience in Power Electronics as a Embedded Software Engineer.
