Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
· Travel the front range to service and maintain access control, CCTV, IDS, Fire Alarm and Network communications systems located in commercial properties.
· Use technical expertise to troubleshoot complex integrated systems, also improving the design.
· Report activity daily using dispatch software, give status reports to supervisor
· Maintain professionalism, integrity and high standard of customer satisfaction

Requirements
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
· High School Diploma
· Minimum 3 years experience
· Advanced knowledge of electronic access control systems
(AMAG, Software House, Hirsch, Continental)
· Advanced knowledge of CCTV systems
(Pelco, American Dynamics, ONSSI, Panasonic)
· Intermediate knowledge of alternative security systems and products
· Intermediate knowledge of networks and IT
Must have clean DMV and Criminal record.
Microsoft and Cisco Certifications a plus
