Position locations include:Minneapolis MN and Seattle WA and involves weekends and possible travel to other US locations. · Maintain customer relations on an operational level and provides technical assistance to client personnel and customers on product functionality. Position Requirements: · High school graduate with 2-4 years experience with mobile electronics or other 12-volt installations such as navigation systems, car alarms or stereos preferred. · Capable of individual quality decisions independent of direct supervision, setting proper task priorities, efficiently managing time and company resources. · Excellent problem solving skills for on the spot resolution to customer concerns is needed. Basic computer, customer service, problem solving and good communication skills required. · Knowledge of mobile electronics or other 12-Volt installations including navigation systems, car alarms, car stereos, etc. · Other technical training and/or experience will be considered. Knowledge of customer service etiquette and problem solving techniques. § MECP is preferred!! § Must possess a Valid Driver's License and be able to work outdoors in all types of weather. § Key Words: - - - - - - MECP, Audio, Automotive, remote starters, alarms, Sirius, XM, GPS, Navigation, Pioneer, Clarion, LoJack, Electronics, OnStar and 12 Volt Electronics!!! |
